Oat Honey Bars - With Drizzle Honey!

These Drizzle Honey Oatmeal Squares are an oven baked, chewy treat. Sweetened with local Canadian honey and our gluten free oatmeal blends, these wholesome bars are perfect for grab and go!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Stoked Oats Bucking Eh
1 teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
1 cup almond butter
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup Drizzle Honey - Cinnamon
1 cup blanched slivered almonds

Directions:
Line a 9x9-inch square cake pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to overhand the sides of the pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats and salt. In a medium saucepan, combine almond butter, coconut oil, and honey and heat over low heat until melted.

Pour the almond butter mixture into the oats. Stir well to combine. Stir in almonds. Press the mixture evenly and firmly into the prepared pan. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Using the parchment paper, remove from the pan and cut into 10 rectangles.
