STOKED BANANA PANCAKES

"I'll make you banana pancakes, pretend like it's the weekend now." Jack Johnson sang it best, there's nothing quite like banana pancakes on a weekend morning.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup Stoked Oats® Aphrodisi-Oats
• 1½ cups gluten free flour
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1½ cups milk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 bananas (sliced)

PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, blend the dry ingredients. In a second bowl, blend the wet ingredients. Combine the ingredients & whisk until slightly lumpy. Add the banana and mix until smooth. Add oil or butter and heat frying pan over medium heat. Scoop batter onto the griddle, using approx. 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook each pancake approx. 4 minutes. Serve hot.
