CHAI SPICED OAT PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Combine 1/2 cup dry mix with 1/4 cup water or milk of choice.
    • OPTIONAL: Add egg to boost protein, and/or add 1/2 mashed banana
  2. Pour batter into 3 circles on a preheated medium-hot, oiled non-stick pan. Flip once bubbles form (2-3 mins) and cook through (2-3 mins).
  3. In a medium bowl, combine 1 part ghee to 1/2 part powdered sugar. 
  4. Heat in the microwave in 10 second increments to melt the ghee, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Drizzle and/or spread over pancakes, and serve!
