Stoked OatRice™ is hulled pure oat groats, or unprocessed oats, before they become rolled, quick, or steel-cut.

Besides it being much better for the environment, OatRice™ is also 2x higher in protein and 5x higher in fiber compared to white rice. Plus it’s packed with essential vitamins and minerals.

Did you know that rice is the second biggest agricultural methane emitter after cattle? Our regenerative oat fields soak up greenhouse gases and act as a carbon sink, & thrive on just rain and sunshine as part of our Grain from Rain commitment. Bonus points: our oats are free of arsenic & bleach!

COOKING TIPS & TRICKS

Cooking times may vary by method and/or altitudes.

OatRice™ fully cooked but there's some water left at the end? Just drain & enjoy! OatRice™ a bit too firm at the end of cooking? Nothing to worry about, just add 1-3 Tbsp. of water and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.

Ratio Suggestions:

  • 2.5 cups of water to 1 cup OatRice™ (for a slightly firmer OatRice™)
  • 3 cups of water to 1 cup OatRice™ (for a softer OatRice™, may need to drain any extra water)

OUR FAVORITE WAY TO MAKE OATRICE

Stovetop: Add water and bring to a boil. Add OatRice™ and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to cook for 25-30 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Pressure Cooker/Multi Function Cooker (Instapot, Rice Cooker, etc.) : Add water & OatRice™ to the pot. Set to high-pressure or Rice Cooking function and cook for 14 minutes. Quick release the pressure and drain any excess water. Serve and enjoy.
