BANANA COFFEE GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS:

  • ⅓ cup defrosted banana
  • 1 tbsp. instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup Stoked Oats Run of the Mill Rolled Oats
  • ⅓ cup Aphrodisi-Oats
  • 1 ½ tbsp. slivered almonds
  • 1 ½ tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mash banana with instant coffee and cinnamon.

  3. Mix in all remaining ingredients with the banana mixture.

  4. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and evenly spread out the granola mixture.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes (or until desired CRUNCH).
