INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Stone Age Oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 eggs or 2 flax eggs
- 1 banana
- ½ cup apple sauce
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 scoop of plant protein powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Blend all ingredients at high-speed until smooth.
3. Once smooth, pour into a greased oven-safe dish.
4. If desired, drizzle with date syrup or honey.
5. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
6. Let cool, serve and enjoy.
