I am a faithful user of Bucking Eh Oats and Granola.
I decided to try Bucking Eh Pancake Mix.
It is delicious and for added protein I added an
egg as Stoked Oats suggested. I also use Oat milk
instead of water. Drizzle with blueberry syrup and
PERFECTION!!
Absolutely love this pancake mix! The cinnamon flavour is subtle and delicious, and the texture was the best of any gluten free pancake mix I've ever tried.
