Bucking-Eh Banana Loaf

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Bucking-Eh Oats
  • 1 ½ cups bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup all-purpose or gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup whole or 2% milk
  • ⅓ cup butter, softened
  • 2 small eggs
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • ⅓ cup raw cane sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. of salt

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients and butter together.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together.

  4. Once both mixtures are well combined, add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix.

  5.Transfer mixture to a greased loaf pan.

  6.Cook for 50 to 55 minutes.

  7.Let the loaf cool, then remove from the pan.
