INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups Stone Age Oats
- ½ cup of maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. of fine salt
- ¾ cup of dried Bing cherries
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
3. Add in wet ingredients.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Layer the oats mixture on top.
6. Cook the oats for 20 minutes.
7. Once cooked let the oats cool for at least an hour and then break into clusters.
8. If you want larger granola clusters, let it cool longer.
