INGREDIENTS:
- 60g chai protein powder
- 60g oat flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 250g egg whites
- 20g coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 100g defrosted frozen cauliflower
- 25g diced apple
Crumble:
- 20g Mountain Maple Oats
- 10g Stoked Oats Run of the Mill Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp. syrup
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Combine dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
4. Add the dry mixture to wet mixture.
5. Fold in the diced apple.
6. Mix all crumble ingredients in separate bowl.
7. Pour donut mixture into donut molds.
8. Sprinkle crumble on over the donuts.
9. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
10. Cool and glaze remaining donuts.
